We store your Company, Name and Email Address along with all Email Correspondence, which are stored variously within G Suite tools including Docs, Sheets and GMail.
We send you both personal and automated emails relating to the services we deliver. Automated emails relate to Support Tickets and WordPress. You can opt-out of automated emails but doing so will impede our ability to deliver a great service.
G Suite Data
Lighten are authorised Google Partners. We have been asked by Google to obtain consent for them to communicate with you about the provision of G Suite services.
Alongside data stored in G Suite, which is covered by your agreement with google, they store your Name, Business Address, Telephone Number and Email Address.
Lighten Newsletter
At some hypothetical point in the future Lighten may get it together to assemble a newsletter. If and when we do, we’d love your permission to send it. Suffice it to say that we won’t overload your inbox!
